MICROMAC UFC is an ultrafine Precipitated Calcium Carbonate. It is a very fine, white and odourless powder. Special characteristics are the very high fineness, with regular rounded grain structure and the high purity.
Due to it’s structure MICROMAC UFC is a functional filler in many systems:
- the high specific surface is the reason for the usage as a filler with the ability of rheological control in PVC – plastisols and sealants for the building industry;
- reinforcing filler for the plastic and rubber area;
- filler for printing inks and special paints;
- functional filler with good dispersibility in cases, where due to high surface area a high absorption of liquid phase is required;
- filler for pharmaceutical products.

MICROFILLER is an ultrafine Precipitated Calcium Carbonate coated with fat acids. It is a very fine, white and odourless powder. Special characteristics are the ultrafine, rounded crystals in a regular grain structure with an organic surface treatment.
MICROFILLER it is a functional filler in many systems:
- reinforcing filler for plastic produced in profiles, injections, and sheets based on PVC and other plastic materials;
- in printing inks usage to get better pigment effects and for rheological reasons. Atnisettling filler in paints and varnishes;
- white reinforcing filler in natural and synthetic rubber.

WHITE FILLER 012 is a coated ultrafine precipitated calcium carbonate. The calcium particles composing the product are extremely fine, regular and pure. These features assure perfect dispersion and a very constant rheology.
The product can be used in the rubber industry as strengthening filler or as components of mastics and plastisols. Very good is the application in hard and elastic PVC in order to improve the resistance and the general features of the product.
It can be also used for the production of paints, enamels and industrial primers. WHITE FILLER 012 is an excellent viscosity modifier and gives anti-settling properties to finished products.
